Kappa League

Empowering Future Leaders

The Kappa Leadership Development League, the flagship initiative of the Guide Right Service Program, is designed to help young high school men develop leadership skills in every phase of life. Guided by the Fraternity’s core value of Achievement, Kappa League empowers participants to set and reach meaningful goals, preparing them to make positive contributions as future leaders in their communities.

Though sponsored by Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Kappa League participants are not members of the Fraternity. Through hands-on activities, participants engage in planning, executing, and reporting on projects that foster leadership, aspiration, and character.
